Micajah Southard Sr married Martha Perkins, daughter of Robert Biggan Perkins and Elizabeth (Betty) Lollar, on 6 January 1795 in Lincoln, North Carolina, USA.11,7,12 Micajah Southard Sr was buried circa 1855 in Goodwin Cemetery, 7 mi north of, Sparta, White, Tennessee, USA; The original headstone was replaced in the 1930's and shows Micajah as a "son of William Southard".
